By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by e98win at e98win.org, you ("the Player", "the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the e98win platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by e98win, including but not limited to: sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, Fisher Game, Slide, and any promotional or bonus offerings. Use of the e98win platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on e98win. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number associated with your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• e98win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify e98win support immediately.
• Account registration implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

e98win reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC may require submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

e98win supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions on e98win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Average processing time to JazzCash and EasyPaisa is approximately 15 minutes following successful account verification. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically settle within two to four hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the account (source of funds verification).
• e98win does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• e98win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed to require further verification.

e98win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all e98win bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• e98win reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately; e98win reserves the right to reclaim bonuses issued erroneously.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market or engaging in bonus abuse strategies will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Cashback and reload bonus offers are subject to their own individual minimum deposit and wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer.

e98win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of VPNs to access geo-restricted offers, or coordinated wagering strategies — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

All sports betting activity on e98win is governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, league, or event as defined by e98win's sportsbook rules. Cricket betting — including PSL, international Test matches, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — follows e98win's Cricket Betting Rules document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, subject to obvious error provisions.
• e98win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (palpable error), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Bets on events that have already commenced (where live betting is not offered) will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, e98win's specific event rules will determine how affected bets are settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.
• e98win does not accept bets from individuals who have access to inside information related to the event being bet upon.

e98win monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, fraud, or collusion. Accounts found to be engaged in such activities will be immediately suspended, all associated bets voided, and the relevant information reported to appropriate authorities where required.

All casino games available on e98win — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and specialty titles such as Fisher Game and Slide — are subject to the individual game rules as defined by the respective game provider. e98win acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for software errors originating within third-party game providers' systems, provided that reasonable steps are taken to notify the provider and rectify the issue.

• Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not subject to manipulation by e98win.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live dealer session, the hand or round will be voided and the stake returned where technically possible.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Players may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game on the e98win platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within the game interface itself.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the e98win platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Creating more than one account per individual (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to mask your geographic location or access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style formats.
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information that is not publicly available.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts in any section of the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which bets have been placed.

e98win employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies in monitoring for prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will result in account closure without prior notice.

e98win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e98win's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. e98win is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

• e98win does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses incurred due to service downtime, technical issues, or scheduled maintenance.
• e98win is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in interrupted sessions or lost bets.

Nothing in this section limits e98win's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where changes are material, e98win will provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally practical. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause) may be made without prior notice.

The version of these Terms currently published on e98win.org is the version that governs your use of the platform. Continued use of e98win following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e98win holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the e98win platform shall first be referred to e98win's internal dispute resolution process.
